Approach & Offerings
Auringon is the consulting practice of Jonathan Internicola. We stand up the operation a plan needs, and step out once your team runs it. We work with startup founders, governments and non-profits, and prime contractors. Here's how an engagement works, and the shapes it takes.
How an engagement works
Each engagement starts with what you want, and what you're working against. From there I lay out a few ways in: what each involves, what you walk away with. We pick one together.
No two are the same, but I scope them the same way: a read or a build, me delivering or your team, a thing built or a number moved.
The shapes an engagement takes
Direct
Engagements I take on myself.
Read
You're not seeing the return from a change. I find exactly why it isn't producing, and what to do next.
Build
There's a gap. A capability, a feature, a team, a program. I help your team stand it up, then step out once they can run it without me.
Number
A number has to move for the people you answer to. I work across your teams, processes, and systems to turn it around.
Activation
You're lean and running fine, but something you already own could earn more. I work out how to turn it into revenue without raising costs elsewhere.
On team
A seat on your team, usually inside a prime.
Read
Find what's going wrong with a delivery, and propose how to turn it around.
Build
One person on the solution, from proposal through the start of delivery.
Number
Raise your win probability. Set the target; I work with your team to hit it.
Activation
Work with the delivery team to spot the next piece of work, shape it, and get it in front of the client.
